Adam Checci
Adam is the Founder and Managing Partner of Checchi Capital Advisers, LLC (“CCA”), a U.S. based Registered Investment Adviser with over $1 billion in assets under management.
Before founding CCA, Adam was a partner at Airline Restructuring and Consolidation (“ARC”) Partners, a restructuring group that launched a bid to merge Northwest Airlines and Delta Airlines in bankruptcy. Prior to ARC, Adam was an investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in Los Angeles, where he executed high yield debt financings for corporations and private equity funds. Before joining Goldman, Adam was a senior analyst at Entertainment Media Ventures, a media and technology-focused venture capital firm, and a mergers and acquisitions analyst at the Walt Disney Company.
Adam is a graduate of Harvard University. He received a Master’s in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and was recognized as a Baker Scholar. He was also the recipient of the Loeb Award given for the most outstanding performance in finance. Adam currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Institute of Los Angeles and The John Thomas Dye School.
Navin Dadlani
Mr. Dadlani has an MBA from Harvard Business School and has over 15 years experience in financial services with direct involvement in management and investment of emerging market debt portfolios and equity portfolios. He previously founded two hedge funds with assets in excess of $1BN.
Ankur Desai
Mr. Desai is a Chartered Financial Analyst with a BA in Economics from Tufts University. He worked as an Investment Banker for Robertson Stephens and Needham and Company and has 9 years of experience in the Hedge Fund industry working in the Long/Short Equity arena including time spent with Rocwood Capital Management. He is currently the Managing Member of the Desai Family Office.
Roy Fellowes
Mr. Fellowes has over 40 years’ insurance experience that includes agency underwriting and
claims, wholesale/retail broking, insurance management and life & pension sales and Administration. He has spent the last 34 years working in the Bermuda insurance market.
Robert “Chip” Harris
Mr. Harris has served and continues to serve on a number of boards of directors for US organisations such as Acacia Research Corporation, Entertainment Properties Trust, the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management and served as a member of senior management at both publicly traded and privately held companies.
Thomas McMahon
Thomas (“Tom”) McMahon holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from University College, Galway, Ireland and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Prior to joining Citadel Management in 1994, Tom Served as the Financial Compliance Manager at ACE Insurance (1993-1994) and as an audit manager with Coopers & Lybrand in Bermuda (1988-1993). Since joining Citadel in 1994, Tom has been actively involved in the establishment and management of single parent and group captives and segregated account companies.
Tom is a past President of the Bermuda Insurance Management Association (“BIMA”). BIMA is an association of professional insurance management companies in Bermuda with its principal role as liaison with the Bermuda Monetary Authority and other bodies on matters affecting the captive insurance industry. He is also a past Chairman of the Bermuda Captive Conference. He is a member of the Insurance Advisory Council, s statutory body appointed by the Minister of Finance whose role is to advise the Ministry of Finance on matters relating to the Bermuda insurance market.
